This weekly call every Monday is an invitation to gather with intention. Through the power of group movement we will accelerate our expansion with 40 minutes of fascial maneuvers followed by community connection. This call is a dedicated space for the BeFLOW Membership.

Our weekly call is a place to tap into a rhythm within this community, to show up and move together with the support of your community. What's possible when we make a commitment to receive in community while also sharing our gifts and shining our light?
These Monday offerings will be supported by the BeFLOW team and will include a variety of techniques and opportunities with Lea, Katrina, Jen and Kyla.
The first Monday of each month is the full membership call with all tiers including the i-ACT members. These calls may naturally be bigger. Calls are recorded and shared. Please rsvp for each call.
