A calling to gather and share tools and resources for embodiment led Kyla to this co-creation. This reconnection with self bloomed into adapted fascial movement paired with conscious language that supports regulating our nervous system. This practice can awaken a remembering of security within that rekindles joy and aliveness. Kyla combines this work with modalities such as focusing, guided visualization, EFT tapping and art to support healing.
