Awakening The Mind Oracle A Two Part BeFLOW Signature Workshop Experience There are moments when the mind begins speaking more loudly. Thoughts repeat. Patterns return. Inner narratives ask again for our attention. Many of us have learned to move away from ourselves in these moments. To override what we feel. To silence the mind. To move away from ourselves in search of peace. But what if awareness changes the relationship? What if thought is not something to battle, but something to witness with compassion, curiosity, and presence? Awakening The Mind Oracle is a two part BeFLOW Signature Workshop experience exploring the space where awareness meets thought, and where presence begins transforming reactivity into guidance. Together, we will explore a conscious relationship with the thinking field through meditation, somatic exploration, breath, movement, reflection, and decree work. This experience is an opening to slow down and notice the thoughts continually calling for our attention, the protective patterns shaping our inner world, and the deeper wisdom waiting beneath the noise. As awareness deepens, space begins to emerge between the thought and the self witnessing it. From this place, the mind can begin softening into guidance. Part I opens the field of awareness. Together, we begin exploring the relationship between thought, presence, protection, and perception. Through breath, movement, awareness, and conscious language, participants are invited into a more compassionate relationship with the thinking field. Here, we begin noticing the thoughts and inner narratives continually calling for our attention, while creating greater spaciousness between awareness and reactivity. The experience continues through a simple embodied practice designed to support presence, and conscious relationship throughout a 20 day integration journey before moving into Part II.
