About
The Spring Equinox represents balance, renewal, and the transition into more light and energy. Using the rebounder, we can channel the four elements into movement patterns that energize, ground, and cleanse the body. Using the power of the rebounder and the four elements—Air, Earth, Water, and Fire—we'll channel energy through dynamic movements designed to energize, ground, cleanse, and transform both body and mind. Join Jennifer Klein for this engaging class! What to Expect: Opening Intention & Breathwork (Air Element): Begin with deep, intentional breathing and gentle bouncing to awaken the body and clear away winter’s heaviness. Visualizations and breathwork set the tone for renewal and expansion. Grounding & Stability (Earth Element): Experience slow, rooted movements that build strength and connection. Foot-focused drills and grounded bouncing cultivate stability, presence, and the energy of growth. Flow & Adaptability (Water Element): Move with fluidity through wave-like motions, sways, and circular patterns. This segment encourages ease, adaptability, and a deeper connection to your inner rhythm. Power & Transformation (Fire Element): Ignite your energy with activating movements that awaken your inner fire. This fiery phase builds heat, strength, and confidence as you step into your personal power. Lightness & Expansion (Air Element): Embrace uplifting lightness through airy bouncing, expansive breathwork, and stretching. This phase symbolizes new beginnings and invites joy and openness. Cool Down & Integration (Earth + Water Elements): Conclude with gentle movement, grounding stretches, and a reflective meditation to plant seeds of intention for the season ahead. The rebounder is a wonderful tool for this class, AND we invite you to adapt this to your preferences! You’re welcome to use a large exercise ball, a Boso ball, or even practice without any equipment at all. The choice is yours, and we encourage you to move in a way that feels best for you!
