Oracle speaks through sensation. Oracle reveals what remains and what is rising. Your body is your oracle. Through a slow, grounding movement sequence, we restore stability in the lower body. Each joint becomes a threshold. Each layer invites contact. As the body settles, we transition into a meditative sequence to notice what remains and what is rising. With centre restored, we listen for the quiet architecture forming beneath the surface and sense the direction naturally organizing from within. Throughout this experience, we move slowly.
