This is a recording of our Virtual 2 hour immersive event. INFLOW Co-facilitators and Human Garage Coaches Lea Stillinger, Katrina Wiens, Jennifer Klein and Kyla Gent bring you 'ELEMENTAL ASTRO FLOW Workshop'! This two hour immersive event connects us deeply with Earth, Air, Fire and Water through Meditation, Astrology, Fascial Maneuvers and an intentional cacao ceremony. We will begin by aligning our energies with the four elements, deepen our understanding of our personal elemental connections and find resonance with these frequencies in our bodies through movement. Then we will flow into a cacao ceremony, combining the grounding energy of cacao, flow-inspiring water, transformative heat, and clarifying breath-work. Sharing our reflections and gratitude will leave us with a renewed sense of elemental harmony. We will experience fascial maneuvers specific to our signs incorporating decrees and affirmations to magnify transformation within our bodies.
