Something magical begins to unfold when we bring our awareness into our body. When we follow our breath down into the warm, nestled space of our hearts and we reunite our spark with a truth that was planted long ago. There is a clarity within each of us, and when we invite ourselves to remember how we feel occupying our entire body, we start to align our true essence with our expression in the world. Our body flows in a natural rhythm that feels familiar and supportive when we reclaim our love. We become stronger and we also soften. We rise and we also settle. This workshop is an offering. Come as you are, and choose to be curious about what is possible. This is a journey for YOU. And a collaboration for the collective.
