Oracle of Courageous Love - An Invitation to Soften and Feel A Fascial Movement and Felt Sense Workshop with Kyla Gent and Katrina Wiens This Signature BeFLOW Workshop invites you into a gentle conversation with your body as you soften protective patterns and listen to what your heart has been quietly holding. Many of us have learned how to protect ourselves when life moved too quickly or asked too much. Protection is often a form of devotion. Oracle of Courageous Love is an invitation to meet these protective layers with curiosity, compassion, and presence. In this experience, we slow down enough to notice what our body has been communicating beneath protection. Through grounding fascial movement and intentional practices, we begin unwinding tension held within. As our body settles, we move into a guided Felt Sense meditation where sensation becomes a bridge. Through awareness. Through presence. Through inner listening. We gently explore what our body is revealing in real time. Our body is our oracle and here, we listen. From this place, we transition into creative reflection using paper and pen. Body mapping, journaling, colour, and mark making help deepen relationship with the messages received. Throughout this experience, we move slowly. We honour our own pace. We trust the intelligence of our bodies.
