Join Life Recovery Coach Andrea Alexander & BeFLOW Collective's Kyla Gent this February for Emergence - The Art of Becoming, a three part Playshop on the journey of changing, evolving and transforming your own body and life. In this series we will be combining the movement of myofascial release through adapted fascial maneuvers with body language translations to open and restore our heart meridian – the Empress of our Spirit.
