When it slows, we feel the effects in both body and spirit. Join BeFLOW Collective as we welcome Naomi and Brian Kenealy, 'The Polarity Center of Syracuse' for this highly anticipated workshop.
In this experiential online gathering, we will be guided through remembering the wisdom of our liquid matrix, the waters within. Through gentle, rhythmic techniques of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, we awaken movement, release stagnation, and support the body’s natural rhythms of renewal.
