Focusing Session: A dedicated focusing session includes a personalized journey into the sensations and signals your body is offering. The experience begins with conversation to set the intention and move into aligning with your breath. Kyla includes conscious language invitations (similar to personalized affirmations) and completes the session with some gentle reorienting to your space. This is a profound exploration into learning to speak the language of your body.
