Service Description
Kyla offers 1:1 sessions as an opportunity to slow down, reflect and connect deeply with yourself amidst the spaciousness of the field. Each session begins with a conversation to explore what is present and what is asking for your attention. Drawing from practices such as felt sense, guided visualization and Conscious Language, Kyla responds to what is naturally unfolding throughout the session. Along the way, you begin to recognize the unique language of your body.

To cancel or change your appointment please email or message me directly. I understand that things come up. If there is something urgent that requires you to change your appointment I support you. Please also be respectful of our time and our commitment to this process and co-creation.
